Thinking outside the box helps open it to see what’s inside.
Mental Healthy Ideas help us feel, work and live better.
Programs, Festivals & Events
With a foundation of annual community film festivals, we also produce and present multiple repeating and one-off events. Keep checking back to see what else is coming your way. All our programs can be tailored to your needs and brought to your location.
Focus on Fests
In a culture that stigmatizes people living with mental illness, Focus on Fests challenges audiences to understand the person behind the labels. Focus on Fests strives to humanize them as, chances are, you know someone who is touched by mental illness. Films, panels and presentations are just the beginning!
With an annual showcase fest in Salt Lake City and touring fest, FoF will be near you soon. Bring FoF to you? Contact us!

Wander Wonder
During our Wander and Wonder series we will immerse ourselves in the rhythm of nature while we rehabilitate our intuition and animal instincts. Nature is beautifully complex and creative. After a 30 - 45 minute walk we will create art inspired by nature.
A Mental Healthy Mentor will host and guide attendees on a creative and mindful meander. Everybody can move at their own pace, both in body and mind. Join us for a break from the busy world to engage in some inspiration and motivation for your mental health.
